Remember this beautiful portrait of the Female Common Kestrel that appears in my calendar? A monochrome version of it is going to be displayed in an exhibition at BBA Gallery, in Berlin, Germany. Opening night is November 13.
This is one of my favorite photos from this past year - the amount of detail and the awesome look in her eyes are mesmerizing. Originally I published this in color, but I must admit that the black and white version is also powerful.
