| Tern Caught a Fish |
This photo shows a Common Tern emerging from the water with the fish it just caught. Observing the Terns is so fascinating - they're immensely agile and crafty, flying above the water observing carefully below, then suddenly plunging down into the water and more often than not, coming out with an unfortunate fish held at the tip of their beak. So impressive! Actually catching one in the act is more of a challenge, requiring studying their behavior and gaining some experience.
