| Juvenile Snake Eagle |
I was out looking for raptors when I noticed a shadow on the ground - looking up I saw this beautiful young Snake Eagle, hovering looking for food below. Note the impressive wings and the piercing eyes. The adults have brown heads and necks, and this one has not gone through that transformation yet. Beautiful!!
